Here come the daughters of “Mrs. Maisel”: The Emmy-winning success of the Amazon series will send the networks scurrying to find another period piece comedy with a vivacious heroine with a fabulous wardrobe. Like all those forgettable “Sex and the City” copycats — “Cashmere Mafia” and “Hot Properties,” to name two — they will fail.
Say goodbye to … What’s the point of “The Walking Dead” without Andrew Lincoln? Right — there isn’t one. Also bid adieu to “Bull,” whose ratings aren’t great and now star Michael Weatherly is a liability for CBS, stained by the legacy of Les Moonves. Ditto “The Romanoffs,” “Criminal Minds,” “Lethal Weapon” and one of the “NCIS” spinoffs.
