Over the top, risque looks ruled the red carpet at the Latin Grammys, where musicians gathered to celebrate the biggest night in Latin music. Some wore bright colors and eye-catching styles while others turned heads by showing a lot of skin.
Ana de la Reguera, a co-host of the night, wore a billowing magenta top paired with barely there hot pants that showed off her legs. She said on the red carpet she was excited to host the show with Carlos Rivera. He later told the cameras though he hadn’t known Reguera before they began working together on the Latin Grammys, they’d developed a great rapport.
Halsey walked the carpet in a nude dress adorned with rows of draped beads in light colors. She answered questions in English alongside her performing partner Sebastian Yatra, who spoke in Spanish.
“I am so excited,” she gushed ahead of her performance at the awards show. “I am really nervous, and I am singing a little bit in Spanish so hopefully I don’t mess it up, but Sebastian is so … talented.”
He noted, “We are singing two very beautiful songs that we each love.”
Meanwhile, one of the biggest stars of the night, Rosalía, wore a pink ballerina-inspired tulle gown. She has five nominations – the most of any female artist.
