More than 100 passengers were safely evacuated Friday night after a Boeing 737 skidded off a runway and into the St. Johns River in Jacksonville, Fla., local police said.

The commercial jet had been arriving from Naval Station Guantanamo Bay when it skidded off a runway at the Naval Air Station in Jacksonville. Every passenger was accounted for after the crash, Jacksonville Police said in a tweet.
